Meet the Coaches

Ms. Elizabeth Glynn
Elizabeth Glynn is a global operations and business development professional with 30+ years’ experience collaborating with companies to enhance export operations, trade finance, logistics, and compliance with the objective of accelerating company investment in exporting and maximizing companies’ competitive advantage in global markets. Glynn has taught global business management, ethics, leadership, and culture & gender issues in management at the University of La Verne, and multiple international trade courses at UCLA Extension. She has developed and facilitated customized programs at UCLA Extension, University of Phoenix (corporate), and UC Riverside Extension (for foreign professionals). Glynn received her Management of International Management degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management/ASU and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine. She holds the Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP) designation.

Mr. Paul H. Grossman, Jr.
Paul H. Grossman, Jr. offers over 30 years’ experience in international trade and foreign direct investment (FDI) at both the state and local level in Virginia, South Carolina and Arizona. His work has taken place in both public and private organizations, and in more than 30 countries. Paul is Executive Director of IBG Global LLC, a global network of international consultancies operating in 100+ markets that provide market entry services to international trade development agencies and private sector companies. Prior to these private sector positions, Paul served as Vice President of International Trade for the State of Virginia, USA where he was responsible for the global promotion of Virginia products and services. Paul received a Masters degree from the ASU -Thunderbird School of Global Management, and has lived and traveled extensively internationally.
