International Program Specialist

Tina Salisbury is a seasoned professional dedicated to advancing U.S. economic competitiveness and prosperity on the global stage. She joined SIDO in 2025 as an International Program Specialist where she supports SIDO’s members with grant procedures and management, provides oversight and guidance on compliance reporting, delivers educational seminars, and leads the planning and execution of trade events.
Before joining SIDO, Tina was the Business Development Manager at Idaho Commerce where she spearheaded strategic initiatives to support, retain, and expand businesses across the state. During her 10 years of service to the state, she also served as the Project Director for the State Trade Expansion Program (STEP Grant), administered by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Tina’s background in the private sector includes experience in project management, event planning, and entrepreneurship. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Idaho, combining here analytical training with a passion for global business development. Her diverse experience and commitment to fostering international collaboration have positioned her as a dynamic leader in economic development.
